|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Place To Live — My Names is Linda Stewart and I have lived here since 2001 and I think The head of maintenance Rodrigo is always are there when ever you need them.
Great work staff JJ, Patrick, Alex, Miguel and the Office manager Doreen do a great job in keeping this large Complex running smoothly. When ever I need anything and call, Gloria is always there to get in touch with whom I need to solve the problem. When something need replaced or fixed they are always there to help and replace or fix what ever problems I have and in if possible in the same day.
Management is always there to come over to talk, like I went to California to visit my daughter for a month, and left a list of things I wanted done while I was gone and I got home and things were taken care of with a small amount of problems I called and what ever it was was taken care of when I got back.
A great place to live and great team of workers.. I feel at home here recommend it to people I meet that need to fine a place to live..
The property is manicured to perfection. The lawn is mowed at least twice a week, and trees trimmed and new flowers and mulch put down yearly. Again I am Happy here and love my apartment.. Sincerely Linda Stewart

During this time I've experienced many levels of professionalism, especially with the current staff and maintenance crews. Every time a communique is issued by Doreen, the manager, it is timely, comprehensive and consistent with policies. Directions and requirements are specific and considerate of all residents.
I've experienced the staff and maintenance to be problem-solvers and most responsive. Most of my work orders are phoned in. Gloria's friendly attitude and responsiveness is always professional. Work orders are communicated to Rodrigo, and that day is when they work on whatever problem I've had. Just yesterday, I was unable to close my door it stayed ajar . Gloria took my call and within 10 minutes Pat along with Sean who's new were at my door. The problem was fixed within 5 minutes. You can't compare this maintenance team i.e., Jay-Jay, Pat, Alex and now Sean with any other. They are superb

|Recommended: YesOverall Good — The apartment property is well-maintained, with great amenities and a responsive management team. However, one recurring issue has been the smell of marijuana near the main gate or inside the building, despite it being prohibited as communicated by the staff. Addressing this would make the living experience even better.

|Recommended: YesBest Place To Live — Out of all places I've lived, this has been the best maintained and welcoming. Parking is very accessible. The location is great, around stores and the highway. Phenomenal staff. Safe place to live. You are able to hear neighbors if they are very loud, but it is reasonable. Community is overall quiet and respectful.

|Recommended: YesAwesome. — Just moved in a few weeks ago and really enjoy living here. Rooms are spacious and very accommodating for all our stuff. Enjoy walking our dogs in a safe atmosphere.
